TRAINING

 

AC3 will help you develop and implement training for your managers and employees.  Massachusetts regulations require training for all employees that must be completed prior to performing job functions. Training must be tailored to the roles and responsibilities of the job function of each employee.  Mandated training includes confidentiality and other topics as specified by the DPH.  At a minimum, employees must receive 8 hours of on-going training annually.
